Return / refund policy
100 % customer satisfaction is important to us. Therefore we accept returns without giving any reason for a full refund less shipping costs and transaction fees. For this purpose the customer has to inform KOROIT OPAL COMPANY within 7 days of delivery in order to receive instructions on how to return the products. Within further 7 days all products have then to be returned according to the sent instructions in their original packing and in the same, undamaged condition as they were shipped. Please note that all costs and risks associated with the returned products are carried by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to shipping, insurance, import duties, customs handling, loss and damage. Please understand that there is no refund or exchange on customized products and rough opal.
